Booking conditions

We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 30% of the fully price per week has been paid.

Please pay your bill in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque. We do not accept credit cards. Please note: you will be charged for all the days you booked, even if you arrive late or depart early.
Please pay the balance owed in the week before your arrival.

Cancellation insurance & cancellation

In case of emergency you should ensure that you are insured accordingly.

In case for any reason you cannot travel or have to leave earlier, it is unpleasant for you and the host unless you have an appropriate insurance. You should therefore take steps to provide for this.

The Italian conditions for cancellations in accordance with art. 1382 of the code civil law:

You may cancel your reservation until 90 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.

  • 3 months up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the full price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the full price
  • In the last week before arrival: 90% of the full price

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
