We are renovating!
In order to make your holiday at our farm even more enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable, we have decided to renovate our holiday apartments in the main house and adapt them to the style of the new chalets.
For this reason, the holiday apartments will no longer be rented out from February 2024 until the renovation work is completed.
But stay tuned, we will keep you up to date on our renovation work and look forward to welcoming you to our new holiday apartments afterwards!

Description: the perfect getaway from the daily routine. Two spacious, comfortable double bedrooms (with connecting door), bathroom with bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen with a lovely view over the courtyard, south-facing balcony with a view of the Sarntal Alps, Satellite TV and radio.

In the corridor, guests will find: a selection of our farm products (jam, syrups, honey, apple juice), an information panel, a shelf with hiking maps, a wooden chest with toys, maps of the farm, and a wardrobe with spare cleaning materials and toilet paper.

Prices are per apartment per night for 2 people. Each additional person is charged € 10-15 per night. Dogs: € 5,00.
Short stays of 2 nights are charged at a surcharge of € 25. Minimum stay one week in high season. During High season: apartments Morgenrot and Abendrot – minimum of 4 people is required.
The price includes: bed linen, hand towels and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, WLAN, a basic supply of cleaning utensils and toilet paper, final cleaning, and all taxes with the exception of the local tourist tax.
The tourist tax rate is established by the local authorities. From January 2018, it is set at € 1.35 per person per night (for age 14 upward).
